Authorization is hereby granted to Faro Lending, LLC to obtain a consumer credit report, commonly known as a “soft credit pull,” through a credit reporting agency selected by Faro Lending, LLC. I understand and agree that Faro Lending, LLC will use this consumer credit report solely for the purpose of pre-qualification, to evaluate my financial readiness to obtain a loan. I further understand that this credit report will be retained on file at the offices of Faro Lending, LLC and will be accessible only to authorized Faro Lending, LLC staff. This information will not be disclosed to any third party without my written consent. I also understand that, should I choose to formally apply for financing through Faro Lending, LLC, a revised or hard credit report may be required and may involve an additional fee. By agreeing below, I authorize the release of financial information that I have provided to Faro Lending, LLC to the selected credit reporting agency in connection with this pre-qualification evaluation. Authorization is further granted to the credit reporting agency to use a photocopied or electronic reproduction of this authorization, if required, to obtain any information necessary to complete my consumer credit report. Checking the box and selecting “Agree and Submit” grants permission for Faro Lending, LLC to obtain a copy of my credit report for pre-qualification purposes and authorizes the release of financial information to the credit reporting agency.
